Break-out session on OpenType at L3.1 meeting

I have Ajay to reserve a slot for a 2-hour breakout session to 
review the status of OpenType standardization at MPEG.  It might be 
worth it to also define a USNB position to take with us to the next 
MPEG meeting in Pusan in April 2005.

If you have any other additional topics you want to discuss in the 
break-out session, please let me know.
