Call for Proposals and AHG meeting

Dear all,

The next, 94th MPEG meeting will be held in Guangzhou, China on Oct 11-15. The meeting agenda and the information on logistics and accommodations can be found in the attached meeting notice. Those members who plan to submit a response to the Call for Proposals should plan on attending the AHG meeting that will take place the day before the MPEG meeting starts, on Sunday, October 10th. Please note that the deadline for submission of the proposals is October 6. The text of the CFP [1] and the Requirements [2] can be found at MPEG website:

In order to reserve the room for the AHG meeting, I need to suggest to the meeting host the expected number of participants and the time for the AHG meeting. I would like to suggest that we meet to review the submitted proposals at 2:00 pm on Oct. 10. I'd expect the meeting to last for approximately two hours until 4:00 pm and would like to reserve a room for 10-12 participants.
