The draft currently proposes 4 new mime types:
- application/font-ttf
- application/font-cff
- application/font-off
- application/font-sfnt

How does WOFF packaging enter into this? As you know WOFF is a kind of 
wrapper for sfnt-based fonts that provides compression. But an app that 
can handle, for example, a ttf may, or may not, be able handle 
WOFF-packaged ttf.
