Proposal: Correction to FeatureParams for cvxx and ssxx

that the following be considered for the 3rd edition of OFF:
1) In the description of Stylist Sets feature (tags 'ss01' - 'ss20'),
under the "Recommended implementation" section, in the second bullet
point, change the text:values of uiLabelNameId and sampleTextNameId
areto:
value of uiLabelNameId is
2) In the description of Character Variants feature (tags 'cv01' -
'cv99'), under the "Recommended implementation" section, change the
text:The values of featUiLabelNameId, featUiTooltipTextNameId and
firstParamUiLabelNameId are expected to be in the font-specific name ID
range (256–32767), to:The values of featUiLabelNameId,
featUiTooltipTextNameId, sampleTextNameId and firstParamUiLabelNameId
are expected to be in the font-specific name ID range (256–32767),
Rationale: There is no sampleTextNameId in the ssxx feature, but there
is in the cvxx feature and it should be given the same recommendations
as other nameId values.
