Hi all,

First of all, Happy New Year and thank you Dwayne and Michelle for putting together a proposal and bringing it for discussion. I would like to remind you all that this (and some other) emails are copied to various recipients including OT and OFF discussion lists. While OFF list software handles multiple recipients in To: / CC: fields just fine, the OT list is known to drop all them. Therefore, when responding to any future emails please make sure that you:
a) either responding to a copy that you received from MPEG-OTspec (OFF) list that has all intended recipients in the email header, or
b) manually add Dwayne Robinson <dwayner at microsoft.com> and <mpeg-OTspec at yahoogroups.com> addresses in your reply.

Thank you,
Vlad
