Public availability of ISO/IEC 14496-28 (a.k.a. CFR)

Folks,

It took a while for the resolution made in the beginning of the year to take an effect but I am happy to report that the text of the ISO/IEC 4496-28 "Composite Font Representation" format is now added to the list of publicly available standards:

The text of Corrigendum #1 was officially published on Sep. 1st this year and will soon be made publicly available as well.
