Ballot comments for the OFF 3rd edition Committee Draft text

Vladimir,

Of the three topics to be addressed, I am primarily concerned with the second one, specifically to update the first column of the table in Section 6.4.2 for the ZHH entry. The change is trivial:

  Chinese -> Chinese, Hong Kong SAR

That is my only comment on the CD.
