Draft ballot comments for OFF amendment

Dear AHG members,

Please see attached for your review two documents containing the current text of the draft amendment for ISO/IEC 14496-22:2015 OFF (3rd edition) and the draft ballot comments we have collected to date.

The current set of comments does not include those that are pending approval (see my previous email) - I would like to ask you to review the proposed changes and the draft ballot comments and let me know if:

-          You agree with the changes, and

-          If I missed anything that was previously discussed but not included in the draft.

I would appreciate your comments and responses by end of day Thursday (Aug. 27). I would like to finalize the ballot comments by end of August, and once the final version of the comments is prepared I will send them for yet another review cycle and final approval by Aug. 31.
