Variable Font Collections

All,

I built some potentially interesting and useful test fonts this week, which are best described as Variable Font Collections. In addition to being "collections" that include multiple Variable Fonts that share the same 'CFF2' table, the 'CFF2' tables also include multiple FDArray elements (aka hint dictionaries).
