[MPEG-OTSPEC] SHORT vs int16 vs ???

Given that in the obvious related formal language, C/C++, Int16 means a twos-complement integer in the endian-ness of the platform, as long as the spec. defines that the endian-ness is Big (i.e. defines the virtual platform), I don’t see a problem.

Changing them every two months is not going to help. I would prefer such changes to occur infrequently, may be accumulating them in a backlog in the mean time.

If he had consulted others, we could have reached a universally-unambiguous and clear names.
