[MPEG-OTSPEC] "Excessive bounces?"

I keep getting emails like the following:

 > Your membership in the mailing list mpeg-otspec has been disabled due
> to excessive bounces The last bounce received from you was dated
> 23-Aug-2020. You will not get any more messages from this list until
> you re-enable your membership. You will receive 3 more reminders like
> this before your membership in the list is deleted.
>
> To re-enable your membership, you can simply respond to this message
> (leaving the Subject: line intact).

Is anyone else having this problem?

As far as I'm aware, nothing is bouncing. I've been reading everyone's emails with great interest, especially Behdad's, Peter's, and Simon's.

It has happened to me twice now. At first I thought it a fluke, but am now concerned that it might not only be me.
