It isn't! 

I got it also, and have been getting it.

 And dutifully responded to the bouncing email, as instructed. If this continues, I won't respond anymore.

Is anyone else having this problem?

As far as I'm aware, nothing is bouncing. I've been reading everyone's emails with great interest, especially Behdad's, Peter's, and Simon's.

It has happened to me twice now. At first I thought it a fluke, but am now concerned that it might not only be me.
