You are correct. Anything happened on this reflector are Github are 
considered as activity of this AHG. In addition, this AHG is not the 
entity making final decision or directly develop a specification. 
Developing a draft text for specification is done by WG 3. And review of 
the proposed text and approval of them are done by the National Bodies 
(the member countries) of SC 29 and JTC 1, respectively. So, please 
understand that there can be something agreed by the AHG does not appear 
in the final standard or something never discussed in this AHG can 
appear in the final text.
