[MPEG-OTSPEC] Draft AHG report for your review

Vlad,

I do not find any mention of the following proposals / issues that I and
others have made on this list:

  - The sustained issue that Microsoft has privileged access to contribute
to OFF by way of having source access while others are denied. I don't
think your explanations have been satisfactory.

  - To discontinue the AHG. Even if *you* determined that there's no basis
for that, I do not think it is appropriate for you to remove that from the
report, especially since you have conflicting interests there.

  - Last but not least: proposal to make OFF complete, which, in fact, had
no objections whatsoever:
