Thank you for your input.
First, I used documents numbers as they appear in the SC29/WG3 document registry - this is the established practice of this WG.

Second, you are once again bringing up the procedural issue for discussion of this AHG, the issue that lies outside of any of the AHG mandates, and that this AHG is not entitled to discuss. (FYI - Google is a member of US NB and SC29.)

First, please use document numbers in the SC29 or SC29/WG3
repository.

Second, most of the authors of "Proposed amendments for
extending COLR table format and functionality (Google)" are
not members of SC29/WG3. How can the document be
submitted?
