ISO/IEC JTC 1 Standing Document N 23 allows open
access to these types of documents:

   - Text for NP ballot (proposal under ballot by JTC 1 or SC)
   - Working Draft Text
   - Working Draft Amendment Text
   - Working Draft Technical Report Text
   - Working Draft Technical Specification Text
   - Text for CD ballot or comment
   - Text for PDAM ballot or comment
   - Text for PDTR ballot or comment
   - Text for PDTS ballot or comment
   - Procedural Documentation
   - ISO TMB Communiqué
   - Management Report
   - Programme of Work
   - Standing Document
   - Business Plan
   - Meeting Announcement
   - Meeting Agenda
   - Logistical information for meeting
   - Meeting Report
   - Resolutions
   - Notification of appointment of officer

There are some arguments against this standing document.
I recently helped to prepare counterarguments.
