[MPEG-OTSPEC] Proposed revision of the OFF sub-clause 5.4.3 "CFF2 - Compact Font Format (version 2) table"

Dear Vladimir, Murata-san,

I was thinking as: the document in github issue #48 is provided for the experts' review for better quality, maybe ready to be incorporated to the future version of ISO OFF spec, but it is not intended to be incorporated to the forthcoming amendment (14496-22:2019 Amd.2). Am I misunderstanding?
