[MPEG-OTSPEC] New version of the OFF 5th edition WD is available for review

Dear AHG members,

 

The new version of the ISO/IEC 14496-22 (5
<https://www.mpeg.org/wp-content/uploads/mpeg_meetings/138_OnLine/w21455.zip
> th edition) WD2 is now available for public review. The vast majority of
the changes introduced in this version are editorial, including missing
content from Amd.1 and updates in the text of DAmd.2 that were requested by
the ISO EPM office. Content has not been changed; however, due to requests
to comply with the ISO Directives and eliminate hanging paragraphs - some
new [general / overview] subclauses were introduced triggering the changes
to subclause numbers and all related references. Please use this updated
version when preparing the input contributions for the next WG3 meeting that
will be held on July 18-22, 2022. Please note that input contribution
registration deadline is July 11, 2022.

 

I also updated some of the URLs in the Bibliography references. There are
still a few of them [highlighted] that need to be resolved and/or updated to
new sources.
