[MPEG-OTSPEC] New GitHub issues for AHG discussion and AHG meeting planning

Dear all,

I would like to bring to your attention three new issues ##52, 53, & 54 (
https://github.com/MPEGGroup/OpenFontFormat/issues) that were recently
opened by Skef Iterum. I anticipate this to be part of the AHG meeting
agenda - please review and submit your comments.

I also would like to remind you that the upcoming AHG meeting on Aug. 17
(hosted by Google in Portland, OR, co-located with TypeCon2023) will be
conducted as a hybrid event. Anyone who plans to participate in person
should fill in and submit the form (https://forms.gle/H7Nw5GEoa5F1daTs6).
If you plan to join the AHG meeting as a remote participant - please RSVP
by email, and I will add you to the invite list. We will be using our
dedicated Zoom link for the meeting (https://iso.zoom.us/my/fontformat),
but due to the AHG email list being public - I cannot disclose the meeting
password here, and will send it directly to registered attendees.
