[MPEG-OTSPEC] AHG hybrid meeting - final reminder to register!

The document governs a number of meeting types, including ad-hoc
meetings. The question is whether ad-hoc meetings have the same
deadlines.

On my reading, the last row of Annex B in the linked document (and the
sections it links to) indicates that the deadlines for ad-hoc meetings are
"at the discretion of the group". Is there some other/contradictory section
we should be attending to?
