[MPEG-OTSPEC] Updated text of Working Draft OFF (5th ed.) is out for public review

Dear all,

The text of the WD of ISO/IEC 14496-22 5th edition Open font format
<https://www.mpeg.org/wp-content/uploads/mpeg_meetings/143_Geneva/w22927.zip>
is
now available for download. This new version includes updates to the
description of 'avar' table incorporating changes that were submitted and
discussed and the last WG3 meeting.

The updated AHG meeting invite (including the link to the document) has
also been sent.
