To clarify things - what we will be reviewing at the upcoming meeting is the draft of the updated proposal that, so far, has nothing to do with the ISO 5th edition Working Draft.
The draft proposal can be easily modified after the meeting based on the outcome of the discussions - this is why we are having a meeting in the first place. Variable composites is part of that discussion, so it’s perfectly fine to discuss and agree on the way forward, and then modify the proposal.
The submission deadline is Jan. 15, 2024, we will have plenty of time to work on the updated proposal _and_ (if needed) have another AHG meeting to discuss it prior to submission.
Thank you,
Vlad
