Yes, this is a real issue.  In particular, MJ+ of
the Japanese Digital Agency <https://www.digital.go.jp/en/about-us-en/> is
expected to
add 9198 glyphs on top of the 58862 glyphs  <https://imi.go.jp/mj/>
of MJ <https://imi.go.jp/mj/>.
