[MPEG-OTSPEC] TypeCon Meeting?

Folks,

"When a document is out for ballot (or commenting at the CD stage), formal
discussion during meetings or distribution of positions via formal
committee distribution channels are prohibited."

This is quoted from the  ISO/IEC Directives, Part 1

(f in 0.7).

As Vladimir suggested, informal meetings if interested people are fine.
