[MPEG-OTSPEC] Status of DIS Ballot Comments Discussion for Open Font Format

Vladimir,
It appears that the FDIS ballot has not started yet. I wonder why it has
been delayed and also wonder if there are any ongoing discussions about
it. Do you have any new information?
