[MPEG-OTSPEC] AHG Mandate is renewed

Dear all,

I am happy to let you know that the SC29/WG3 has updated the list of AHGs
published today
<https://sd.iso.org/documents/open/a0d86a04-bf44-4b64-8e3a-63af3d60112f> in
the end of the WG meeting, and that our AHG has been reestablished with the
following mandate:
"Review the DIS text of ISO/IEC 14496-22 5th edition (WG03N01388) and
prepare and submit ballot comments via members’ National Bodies."

This is our last opportunity to make changes and corrections in the DIS
text, before it gets promoted to Final Draft International Standard for
approval. Participants are under no obligation to bring your comments for
discussion in the AHG (you can submit them directly via your respective
National Body), but I would encourage you to bring them up for AHG
discussion to avoid a [hypothetical, but probable] situation where a
comment might later be rejected by the WG, as was the case with some of the
CD comments.
