[MPEG-OTSPEC] OFF: no longer freely available?

It appears that ISO/IEC 14496-22:2026 costs 227 CHF.

Meanwhile, OOXML and ODF continue to be freely available.

Another standard (Schematron) from SC34 was freely available, but it is no
longer.

I guess that the same thing happened to OFF.  Is this correct?
