[MPEG-OTSPEC] Status of DIS Ballot Comments Discussion for Open Font Format

Hello Murata-san,

No updates yet on FDIS ballot status. The last status update I heard back
in December was that our EPM editor was on medical leave due to surgery - I
do not have any additional details.
