Finally! Thank you Ken, this is great news.
I've been hitting the "refresh" button ever since the end of the JTC1
ballot closed in the evening of Friday, Sep. 24 - I guess processing the
results by the end of the day Monday (CET) is the best outcome we could
hope for.

 I like to see what URL you see. It seems to detect I am in UK and ask for just under ?400 in one case, or send me to a EU web site where the currency is CHF (Swiss Franc?) also at 3XX.

This may be a cache issue with your browser. Try this: right-click on the
URL in Ken's original email, then click "Open Link in Incognito (private)
Window". It should clear all issues related to prior history of site visits.

 Okay, if I uncheck the the "we auto-detected you are based in UK" box, the price drops to zero, but it still ask for registration and billing address for digital downloads.

(and not sure why it restricts by location that way; it is not as if I am based in north Korea or some other interesting place...).

I checked the BSI store, and their publication date still says July 16,
2026 - the date the first [non-free] version was published. (Same is for
ANSI and IEC webstores.)
Once the ISO site gets an update, the IEC webstore and other affiliate
sites should get the same update as far as item pricing is concerned, but I
have no idea how soon it will happen.

ecmascript crapware blocks downloading.

if one can not just point wget or the like at a url, it is not actually
available.
