Hi all,
The IEC webstore site has the new opentype spec listed at CHF 0 (swiss franc?) now also:
https://webstore.iec.ch/en/
at
https://webstore.iec.ch/en/publication/115016
And it hasn't given me any grief about my UK location. The deal is the same, register, then download a watermarked version.
The watermark is in red at the bottom of every page, vs at the top in gray-out text from the iso webstore. The two pdfs are otherwise visually identical. The IEC version does a better job at stopping people attempting to remove the watermark, by encrypting the content against editing.
Have fun reading.

Hin-Tak, all,
A couple of points:
1. ISO Webstore is mirrored by many national standards organizations, such as ANSI in US, BSI in UK, etc. Their sites may not necessarily get the same day updates - e.g. the BSI website you linked clearly states that the date of publication is July 16, which is the original publication date, before the standard became publicly available. You may want to contact BSI Group to point it out, or wait for the update to go through. 2. ISO publicly available standards are offered free of charge, but they have always been available with strings attached. It is a copyrighted material, and both old and new websites require agreeing to ISO terms before they make a standard available for download. (Old ITTF website had a click-through license dialog box that visitors must have agreed to prior to downloading a document.)
Thank you,Vladimir

Officially, based on my location in UK, I am redirected to this:

Strange. For me, I got the PDF after following the procedure of
registering (being in Austria).
