it defines the Encoding Record entry with platformID and encodingID fields. This
subclause does not provide a table that defines the platform and encoding
IDs, and it doesn't mention that these values are defined in the 'name'
table description (subclause 4.2.6).</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

of use of the specification, I suggest to add an informative note to the 'cmap'
header saying that platformID, encodingID and languageID values are defined in
