last MPEG meeting, we noted that one of the requirements to provide the description
of the syntax and semantics of XML tags was addressed only partially. The
recommendation of the Systems subgroup was to produce the working draft, to solicit
that the proposers make additional contributions that would provide missing details,
and to establish the AHG with the mandate to study and improve the working
draft. Both the evaluation results and the recommendations were reviewed and
approved at the joint MPEG Requirements and Systems subgroup meeting.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

desired, the announcement of the date and time for the discussion is made with
the appropriate two weeks advanced notice, and I will ask that a conference
bridge is made available for those AHG members who will not be present in
