This means that we have an opportunity to review the text of the specification and propose/discuss/submit comments if there is a general consensus that the current text may need to be changed or improved/clarified. <o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Please review the current text (attached) and submit your comments for discussion, if any.
