<p class="MsoNormal">Please see attached the Working Draft of the 4<sup>th</sup> edition ISO/IEC 14496-22. This draft incorporates all the changes introduced by prior amendments to 3<sup>rd</sup> edition text, and also includes the changes proposed and discussed
at the last MPEG meeting in Chengdu.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">My apologies for the delay in publishing the document for your review. Apparently, MS Word doesn’t like editing 700+ page document while tracking significant number of changes at the same time, and it crashed at some point of editing process.
As a result, I ended up with a corrupt Word file and had to revert to one of the earlier stable versions, accepted the changes I already made, and started with a clean document to make and track additional changes. This is why you will find three files included
as part of the attached zip file:<o:p></o:p></p>
