Thank you Peter and Ken for catching this range discrepancy in "usWeightClass" definition!

The current draft, in the Description field, specifies 1-999 value range, while the Comments section does specify the correct value range of 1 to 1000.

I will add this and other comments from Peter to the input contribution summarizing the corrections we need to make in the 4th edition working draft.

Thank you,
Peter,

About your Clause 5.2.7.3 comment, I would recommend using "Only values in the range 1 – 1000 are valid." or "Only values from 1 through 1000 are valid." I have a slight preference for the latter.

Regards...

Apparently, MS Word doesn’t like editing 700+ page document while tracking significant number of changes at the same time, and it crashed at some point of editing process. As a result, I ended up with a corrupt Word file and had to revert to one of the earlier stable versions, accepted the changes I already made, and started with a clean document to make and track additional changes. This is why you will find three files included as part of the attached zip file:

If there are any corrections we need to make or if there are additional changes to consider, please submit them for discussion on this list and as input contributions for the next MPEG meeting in January 2017. The deadline for submitting an input contribution is Jan. 10, 2017.
