The work of any ISO Subcommittee and/or its Working Group(s) is open to any accredited expert who is nominated by their National Standards Organization (or National Body, who is the official ISO Member) but that nomination comes with the strings attached –
rules of conduct, policies and procedures one must adhere to, etc. A Committee or a Working Group can make a decision to make their output documents public, but they have no rights to disclose any information they receive as input contributions, it is up to
sole discretion of the contributor to decide if they want to make their contribution publicly available.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
