It’s great you are seeking input, but decisions at ISO meetings are made by those accredited to attend those meetings, I’m afraid. And indeed, though I don’t like it, ISO working documents are generally not public or circulated. ISO is fairly clear – if you want influence on work, either join the committee, or be a member of a committee with a sufficiently strong liaison that you have document access and a liaison representative who is accredited to attend and comment.<br>
