Additional information about OpenType list subscription

Dear all,
 
If you want to subscribe to public OpenType reflector - please note that
the subscription list is moderated, and the initial request to
"subscribe" to the list will not automatically result in the
subscription. You will receive a response that says something like
"Please tell us why you want to join the list". 
Failure to explain the reasons for joining the list, or no response to
the follow-up email request will result in subscription request been
deleted.
