[mpeg-OTspec] Suggestion for minor correction on figure styles

Thomas and others,

It is useful to point out that the "tabular" GSUB features are somewhat linked to or dependent upon the glyph set. The glyphs to support the 'twid' and 'qwid' GSUB features were added to the fourth Supplement of Registry "Adobe" and Ordering "Japan1," specifically Adobe-Japan1-4. These glyphs, along with those made accessible through the use of the 'hwid' GSUB feature, are specifically useful for TCY (縦中横; tate-chu-yoko) purposes.

Attached is Table 7-13 from page 495 of "CJKV Information Processing" Second Edition, which illustrates this.
