Perhaps it would be more appropriate to put the former name in parenthesis: Odia (Oriya) or Odia (formerly Oriya)

Subject: Re: [mpeg-OTspec] Error in 'name' table
Hi,
Taking a glance on http://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/name.htm,
Oriya/Odia is the only 1 entry using slash. If using the term Oriya is discouraged from now, I wish it is clarified. I think Oriya/Odia looks as if both are acceptable and no preference.
And, the name of scripts (http://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/scripttags.htm)
should be revised to use the term Odia?
Regards,
mpsuzuki
