[mpeg-OTspec] Minor typo in JSTF table

Hi Behdad, all,

Behdad, thank you for spotting this mistake, I am adding this change to the list of recommended updates for WD6. One other thing I noticed - the descriptions of ExtensionEnableGSUB and ExtensionEnableGPOS fields are the only two entries in the table that do not explicitly specify that the offset to these tables is calculated from the beginning of the JstfPriority table - all other entries in the table say this explicitly.

Is there a reason for not saying this (I don’t think so) ? Should we modify these descriptions to say what every other description says?
