[mpeg-OTspec] AHG Kick-off and new draft to review

Dear AHG members,

Thank you very much for your active participation in the preparation of the ballot comments. At this point, all ballot comments have been submitted to the ISO Secretariat and the final summary of voting is now available. We received ballot comments from three National Bodies (France, Japan and US) - many of them have been preliminary discussed on this email list.

Since we are getting close to the next WG11 (MPEG) meeting where the 3rd edition OFF document will [hopefully] be approved and promoted to the International Standard - I would like to use the time we have to make sure that all comments have been properly addressed in the text of the standard. I prepared the preliminary final draft (attached) where all the suggested changes and clarifications have been incorporated in the text. I would appreciate it very much if you would find the time to review the text of the future standard and reply to this list with your comments if you find any discrepancies or anything that needs correction.

Thank you very much for providing and finalizing the additional comments. At this point, I believe we have addressed all the issues that were raised to date and the exact language of all comments is now finalized. Please see attached the latest draft version of all ballot comments we discussed, the highlighted portions show the differences between this and the Oct. 16 version (first draft) of the document. Please review all the comments and let me know if you find anything that needs to be changed.
