[MPEG-OTSPEC] Can't join the W3C community group

I have the same problem.

I can't join because I interpreted that to mean if I ever did consulting for Google, and expect to do more, then I can't join.

I made a single font for Google, Noto Sans Tagalog (v3), a month ago. I hope to be doing more work for them.
