[MPEG-OTSPEC] Meeting times - DOODLE poll added - please respond!

Thank you, Vlad. Some clarification to others about the planned meeting time:

Currently the agreed time is not exactly “either Aug. 24th or Aug. 25th”, but “August 24, same time, same length”, meaning: 13:30–14:50 UTC-4 / New York City on Aug 24.

Unless we find a significantly better time, we should stick to the existing plan.

Note that I believe accommodating a number of new faces without losing too many original attendees does count as a significant improvement.

In the long run, I hope we can operate on a basis of specific planned topics/fields for each meeting and interested participants, so we can rotate the meeting time to accommodate specific participants’ need.
