What are you talking about? More fabricated "facts".

I first asked you on July 5th to tell me how to file a complaint. You
refused it. Wasn't until September that you gave me Young's name. And I
submitted my complaint to him. He has not asked me for further
documentation. You are just fabricating "facts" to confuse everybody.
