I just filed an issue about a minor point. Partly as a test of the workflow
but it's also a real enough issue ;-)

Just so you are aware, nobody but yourself right now is able to use Labels,
so adding "amendment" to group relevant issues is entirely up to you.
Inviting a collection of the more active participants as collaborators
would allow them to help with things like issue triage and labeling. You
can restrict access to things like push access to the master branch of the
actual repo while still letting people dig in to collaborative work on
issues. Additionally a way to let issues authors get their issue labeled
right out of the gate is to set up issue templates with automatic labels
that go with each template.

I might also suggest using milestones to group issues rather than labels,
in this case an AMD2 milestone might be a useful complement to a generic
"amendment" label.
