[MPEG-OTSPEC] Memory usage in post table

I just checked every font file on my system, and have not been able to 
find a single one which has a non-zero value for the minMemType42, 
maxMemType42, minMemType1, or maxMemType1 fields in the post table. (I 
thought I found one - but it turned out to be a bug in my parser!)

Maybe there were some years ago when PostScript printers had little 
memory, but I'm not sure there are now.

Is there any reason not to deprecate those four fields?
