[MPEG-OTSPEC] WD review and input contribution deadline

But which clause is new?  Which clause is substantially revised?

I will ask font vendors in Japan to carefully read future drafts for this
fifth edition.  Hopefully, there will be comments from the JP member
body in the upcoming ballots.
