[MPEG-OTSPEC] Draft AHG report to WG3

I object the AHG recommendation,


AHG Recommendations
The AHG recommends to adopt the proposed updated CFF2 table description and
start
the new work item by creating a Working Draft of the new OFF 5 the edition
text that
would incorporate two prior amendments and newly proposed changes.

I do not see consensus here.
