Most proposals that are considered and agreed in meetings are sent the week before. The AHG is making a recommendation here; there are sessions next week where more discussion can take place, and the decision will be in systems plenary at the end of the week.

If you want this contribution reviewed this week, simply say that you see problems and would like discussion.
